Nabali Bawa has served as the Managing Director of Ghana Link Network Services Ltd since April 1, 2020. Appointed following Ghana Link’s selection by the Government of Ghana as the sole provider of an advanced Single Window trade facilitation platform, Mr. Bawa has been instrumental in transforming the nation’s customs administration.
His leadership has been key in driving significant improvements in government revenue collection and ensuring robust protection of these revenues through the innovative end-to-end platform.
With a proven track record in managing complex trade and customs operations, Mr. Bawa brings extensive experience from his tenure as Managing Director of Gateway Services Ltd (GSL) Ghana, a subsidiary of the Swiss-based Cotecna Inspection Company Ltd.
He held this position from March 2008 until March 2020, overseeing major operational advancements and efficiency gains. His earlier roles include Operations Manager (2006-July 2007) and Deputy Managing Director (August 2007-February 2008) for Cotecna Destination Inspection Ltd in Nigeria, further underscoring his commitment to excellence in trade facilitation.
Mr. Bawa holds an MBA in Business Administration from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Economics and International Finance from St. Norbert College, Wisconsin, USA. Known for his unwavering work ethic and collaborative spirit, Mr. Bawa is highly regarded among his peers and team members alike.

Mr. Clyde Panyin Adjei is a dynamic and results-driven Director with a proven ability to lead and grow businesses to achieve maximum profitability and efficiency. He has a wealth of experience in developing and strengthening management teams to foster sustainable and profitable relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
As the operational person for the Executive Chairman of Ghana Link Network Services Ltd and other associated companies, Clyde has demonstrated his expertise in overseeing the operations of the firms he has worked with. In his role as a Director for Misyl Energy, a bulk oil distributing company, and Nick Petroleum Company Limited, an Oil Marketing Company with a widespread network of filling stations, he receives and reviews reports from General Managers and Managing Directors of these companies, providing valuable insights to the Chairman and for board decision-making.
Clyde has dedicated 19 years of his career to Ghana Link Network Services Ltd, where he is the Deputy Managing Director. He has been instrumental in driving growth and success in the company, making it a dynamic and progressive organization.
In addition to his role at Ghana Link Network Services Ltd, Clyde is also a Director in other prominent companies. He is a Director at Royal Lighting Limited, Nick TC-Scan Limited, Misyl Energy, and Nick Petroleum Company Limited, showcasing his diverse expertise and contributions to the industry.
Clyde holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance Option) from Green Hill GIMPA and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (HRM Option) from Central University College. He is an alumnus of St. Augustine College in Cape Coast.

As the current Director of Finance and Administration for Ghana Link Network Services Ltd, he has demonstrated a deep expertise in overseeing comprehensive financial systems, enhancing operational efficiencies, and leading financial strategy to support substantial business growth and sustainability.
With a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), and an Executive Certificate in Pensions Management from the African University College of Communications, Grifford combines academic rigor with practical experience. His tenure in finance has been marked by keen insights into financial modeling, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
He successfully implemented a transformative customs cargo management system with Ghana Link Network Services, streamlining cross-border trade operations and significantly reducing operating costs by 15%.
Previously, as Finance Director at Link International Holding Ltd, Grifford managed financial operations and strategic planning for multiple subsidiaries, achieving a noteworthy 20% revenue growth through his leadership. He is adept at developing and enforcing financial and administrative systems that improve department efficiency and productivity.

Early Life and Education
Prince Alvin Kwabena Ansah, better known as PC, was born on January 19, 1979, in Accra, Ghana. His creative journey began at a young age, mentored in arts and crafts by his grandparents. This foundation in creativity led to an interest in computer graphics and subsequently web development. PC’s formal education in technology started at KNUST Secondary School, followed by professional certifications in Software and Network Engineering from the United Kingdom Telecommunication Academy. He later earned a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from GIMPA’s School of Technology and then a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Ghana, School of Physical and Mathematical Sciences.
Career and Notable Projects
With over two decades of diverse experience in ICT, PC has established himself as a leading figure in the industry. He is the founder and Chief Technology Officer of Work Smart Ghana Limited and also the CTO for Ghana Link Network Services. His areas of expertise include Software Engineering, Computer Networking, IT Security, Mechatronics Engineering, and Aerodynamics Engineering.
PC has led several notable projects, including:
• Trade Facilitation Software: PC spearheaded the creation of LinkIntTradeNet, a blockchain-based customs management system that revolutionizes international trade procedures managed by Ghana Link Network Services for The Gambia.
Trade Revenue Assurance: He developed electronic systems for verifying import prices, significantly enhancing the accuracy of Ghana government revenue collection.
Electronic Recruitment System: In 2017, PC developed and implemented an electronic system that streamlined recruitment processes for Ghana’s main law enforcement agencies, including the Police, Prisons, and Fire Services.
WiMAX Technology: As a Senior Network Engineer, he played a crucial role in deploying WiMAX technology in Ghana, greatly improving wireless broadband connectivity for Discoverytel Internet Service Provider (ISP).
