Nabali Bawa has served as the Managing Director of Ghana Link Network Services Ltd since April 1, 2020. Appointed following Ghana Link’s selection by the Government of Ghana as the sole provider of an advanced Single Window trade facilitation platform, Mr. Bawa has been instrumental in transforming the nation’s customs administration.
His leadership has been key in driving significant improvements in government revenue collection and ensuring robust protection of these revenues through the innovative end-to-end platform.
With a proven track record in managing complex trade and customs operations, Mr. Bawa brings extensive experience from his tenure as Managing Director of Gateway Services Ltd (GSL) Ghana, a subsidiary of the Swiss-based Cotecna Inspection Company Ltd.
He held this position from March 2008 until March 2020, overseeing major operational advancements and efficiency gains. His earlier roles include Operations Manager (2006-July 2007) and Deputy Managing Director (August 2007-February 2008) for Cotecna Destination Inspection Ltd in Nigeria, further underscoring his commitment to excellence in trade facilitation.
Mr. Bawa holds an MBA in Business Administration from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Economics and International Finance from St. Norbert College, Wisconsin, USA. Known for his unwavering work ethic and collaborative spirit, Mr. Bawa is highly regarded among his peers and team members alike.

Mr. Clyde Panyin Adjei is a dynamic and results-driven Director with a proven ability to lead and grow businesses to achieve maximum profitability and efficiency. He has a wealth of experience in developing and strengthening management teams to foster sustainable and profitable relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
As the operational person for the Executive Chairman of Ghana Link Network Services Ltd and other associated companies, Clyde has demonstrated his expertise in overseeing the operations of the firms he has worked with. In his role as a Director for Misyl Energy, a bulk oil distributing company, and Nick Petroleum Company Limited, an Oil Marketing Company with a widespread network of filling stations, he receives and reviews reports from General Managers and Managing Directors of these companies, providing valuable insights to the Chairman and for board decision-making.
Clyde has dedicated 19 years of his career to Ghana Link Network Services Ltd, where he is the Deputy Managing Director. He has been instrumental in driving growth and success in the company, making it a dynamic and progressive organization.
In addition to his role at Ghana Link Network Services Ltd, Clyde is also a Director in other prominent companies. He is a Director at Royal Lighting Limited, Nick TC-Scan Limited, Misyl Energy, and Nick Petroleum Company Limited, showcasing his diverse expertise and contributions to the industry.
Clyde holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance Option) from Green Hill GIMPA and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (HRM Option) from Central University College. He is an alumnus of St. Augustine College in Cape Coast.

With a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), and an Executive Certificate in Pensions Management from the African University College of Communications, Grifford combines academic rigor with practical experience. He successfully implemented a transformative customs cargo management system with Ghana Link Network Services, streamlining cross-border trade operations and significantly reducing operating costs by 15%.

Dr. Prince Alvin Kwabena Ansah serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Ghana Link Network Services, bringing over two decades of expertise in software engineering, IT security, and computer networking. Dr. Ansah is also the founder and CTO of WorkSmart Limited, a pioneering company dedicated to automating business processes with advanced technology.
As CTO, Dr. Ansah spearheaded the implementation of the Integrated Customs Management System (ICUMS), a groundbreaking multi-million-dollar project that revolutionized customs operations and aligned them with international trade standards. Raymond’s experience includes currently serving as the Director of Operations at Ghana Link Network Service Limited, where he streamlined technology efforts, managed client programs, and led projects related to Customs and port change management. In his role as Operations and Logistics Manager at Link International Holdings Ltd., Raymond played a key role in managing the implementation of the UNIPASS Ghana Project, advising senior executives, and leading stakeholder engagement initiatives. His expertise extends to project management, team leadership, and process improvement.
Raymond holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Ghana Business School, a B.Sc. in Banking and Finance from Central University College, and a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Statistics from Ho Technical University. He is a certified Scrum Master, Project Manager, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
